We are based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and produce events across India — Dehradun and Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Udaipur, Mumbai and Goa — as well as destination celebrations abroad. Our production team travels with each commission, so we are not limited to our home city.
We charge a transparent planning and production fee against an agreed scope; supplier costs are passed through at cost and itemised. Private celebrations typically range from ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore and corporate productions from ₹25 lakh to ₹5 crore, depending on guest numbers, destination and technical scope.
Twelve to eighteen months for a destination wedding or a large festival, and three to six months for a product launch or summit. We accept a limited number of commissions each year, so an earlier conversation gives you the best choice of dates and venues.
Yes. Confidentiality is the default: we sign an NDA before any detail is shared, every crew member is bound by it, and we run access control and media protocols on site. A number of our clients are public figures and institutions who will never appear in our portfolio.
