Diwali Galas · Heritage Celebrations · Festival Production

Cultural festivals and heritage celebrations, produced with respect for the tradition.

We produce Diwali galas, sangeet and mehndi nights, palace celebrations and large-scale cultural festivals for families, foundations and institutions — working with heritage venues, ritual specialists and community leaders so the ceremony is honoured and the production stays invisible.

What's included in a cultural festivals commission

Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. This is the ground we cover as standard; anything beyond it is agreed and priced separately.

  • Heritage venue permissions, conservation conditions and insurance
  • Ritual and protocol advisers — pandits, priests and cultural liaisons
  • Sacred architecture: mandaps, pavilions and processional routes
  • Lighting design that honours the ceremony — oil lamps, candles, low-glare LED
  • Classical and contemporary artist programming
  • Drone displays and low-smoke pyrotechnics cleared with local authorities
  • Crowd flow, security and accessibility for large guest counts
  • Traditional catering partnerships and dietary protocols
  • Documentation: photography, film and archival prints

“Ten thousand lamps in a palace courtyard and not a mark on the stone. The custodians were as pleased as the family.”

01 Diwali & festival galas

Diwali galas and festival nights at landmark scale

Ten thousand hand-lit lamps, lotus lagoons, floating pavilions and a drone constellation over the lake — produced inside a working palace precinct without a single fixture touching heritage stone. We combine conservation-grade building methods with the sensory generosity these nights deserve.

  • Heritage permissions
  • Oil-lamp lighting design
  • Drone constellations
Weddings and anniversaries in palaces, forts and temple courtyards

Amber courtyard, Jaipur — 1,200 silver urns of tuberose and an eighty-voice qawwali choir.

02 Palace & heritage celebrations

Weddings and anniversaries in palaces, forts and temple courtyards

Rajput courtyards, island palaces and imperial gardens each carry their own protocol. We work with the custodians of those sites to stage multi-day celebrations — sangeet, mehndi, baraat and reception — with the guest flow, power, sound and shelter a heritage venue never has by default.

How we deliver it

Four things we bring to every cultural festivals commission.

Sacred architecture

Mandaps, pavilions and processional routes built by master craftsmen and engineered for wind, weight and heritage conditions.

Sky and fire, done responsibly

Drone shows and low-decibel, low-smoke pyrotechnics cleared with aviation and heritage authorities before a single test.

Classical meets contemporary

Sitar, sarangi and tabla masters programmed alongside chamber orchestras, DJs and headline vocalists.

Protocol and hospitality

Ritual advisers, elders' seating, dietary and dress protocols handled so every generation feels at home.

Questions we are asked

Cultural Festivals: frequently asked questions

Straight answers on timing, cost, scope and where we work. Anything else, ask us directly.

Can you produce a Diwali celebration inside a heritage or palace venue?

Yes. We have produced Diwali galas and multi-day celebrations inside working palace precincts and temple courtyards. Our team secures permissions, agrees conservation conditions with the custodians, and builds with non-invasive methods so nothing is fixed to historic fabric.

How do you handle religious ceremonies and protocol?

Every cultural commission has a ritual and protocol adviser — a pandit, priest or cultural liaison chosen with the family — who guides ceremony timings, orientation, seating and dietary requirements. Production follows the ceremony, never the other way round.

What size of festival can you produce?

From an intimate family puja to festival nights for more than two thousand guests. Above roughly five hundred guests we add dedicated crowd-flow planning, medical cover and accessibility routes as standard.

Do you offer fireworks or drone shows at heritage sites?

We favour drone displays and low-smoke, low-decibel pyrotechnics designed for heritage settings, and we secure aviation and local-authority clearance for each site. Where a venue prohibits fire, we design light-based finales that carry the same sense of occasion.

Which regions do you produce cultural festivals in?

Uttarakhand and North India first — Dehradun, Haridwar and Rishikesh, Delhi NCR — then Rajasthan, Mumbai, Goa and Kerala, and heritage venues abroad on request. Our production team travels with each commission.
