How long does a product launch event take to produce?

A flagship reveal typically needs three to five months from brief to show day: four to six weeks for creative and technical design, eight to twelve weeks for fabrication and content, and a rehearsal window of two to five days on site. Faster is possible when the venue and product timeline are fixed.

Can you keep an unreleased product confidential during the build?

Yes. Every crew member signs an NDA, the product is stored and moved under controlled access, sightlines are screened during load-in, and phones are managed in the reveal zone. We have maintained embargoes on automotive and technology launches for fourteen years.

Do you produce hybrid or multi-city events?

We do. Our broadcast team runs multi-camera direction, live streaming and synchronised remote hubs, so a keynote can play live to rooms in Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai with sub-second alignment.

What size of corporate event do you handle?

From a fifty-person investor dinner to a 1,400-guest reveal or a multi-day summit for several thousand delegates. The production standard is the same; the crew scales.

How do you price corporate event production?

We quote a production fee against an agreed scope, with all third-party costs passed through at cost and shown line by line. Most launches and summits we deliver sit between ₹25 lakh and ₹5 crore.
