How far in advance should we book a destination wedding planner?

Twelve to eighteen months is ideal for a peak-season destination wedding, because the best venues, artists and accommodation blocks are secured a year out. We have delivered weddings in six months when the venue was already chosen; below that we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

Do you handle guest travel and accommodation?

Yes. Guest management is part of every wedding we plan: digital invitations and RSVPs, room blocks and villa allocations, airport transfers, welcome kits and a concierge line for guests before and during the celebration.

What does a destination wedding with Inder Events typically cost?

Most weddings we plan sit between ₹50 lakh and ₹5 crore, driven by guest numbers, destination, number of days and production scope. We agree a budget framework at the outset and manage every supplier against it, with a transparent planning fee rather than hidden commissions.

Which destinations do you work in?

Across India first: Dehradun, Mussoorie and Rishikesh, Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur, Mumbai, Goa and Kerala. For destination weddings abroad — Dubai, Italy, Thailand and beyond — our production team travels with the commission and works with vetted local partners.

Can you plan a smaller wedding or an intimate celebration?

Yes. We plan gatherings from thirty guests upward. Smaller weddings are often the most design-led, because the budget per guest allows for exceptional venues, food and entertainment.
