The brief
The client needed one reveal moment to land simultaneously in Dubai and Geneva, with the car kept out of sight throughout a 72-hour build in a hall that was open to other exhibitors during the day. Any leak would have cost the launch its news cycle.
What we did
We scripted a single ninety-minute keynote with a hydraulic platform that raised the car out of full blackout as a 180-degree curved LED canvas split on cue. The car travelled and was stored under controlled access, sightlines were screened during load-in, and every crew member worked under NDA. A dual-hub broadcast ran on triple-redundant fibre with satellite failover so both rooms saw the same frame at the same moment.
What it delivered
The reveal held sub-second synchronisation across both cities for the full keynote, the embargo held until the light hit the car, and the morning press coverage matched the board's brief. The hall was handed back on schedule with no damage claims.
