The brief
A multilateral summit with heads of state required secure, tiered ingress, frequency isolation for closed sessions and concert-hall acoustics — inside a listed building where no fixing to the fabric was permitted and the build window was a single weekend.
What we did
A curved bentwood amphitheatre was pre-fabricated in sections and assembled free-standing over sixty hours. Silk ceiling sails handled sound dampening; the demising shell was rated for frequency isolation. Biometric credentialing ran at three ingress tiers, and translation booths covered fourteen languages with a press command centre off the main floor.
What it delivered
Forty-eight delegations moved through the programme with no scheduling collisions, closed sessions met the isolation standard, and the hall's conservation officer signed off the strike with no remedial work.
