The brief
Live specimen planting that could not be moved, a glass roof that made lighting design a matter of the sun's angle, and a strict no-naked-flame rule from the estate.
What we did
We planned the ceremony to the minute of sunset so the glasshouse lit itself, then took over with warm low-glare LED hidden in the planting. The candelabra carried enclosed flame units approved by the estate, and the dinner was laid on runners threaded between the beds.
What it delivered
The estate has since allowed two further weddings on the strength of the method, and the couple kept the stationery plates.
